DESCRIPTION:At Rigeto we are true entrepreneurs investing in small- / medium-sized companies. In contrast to traditional Private Equity funds\, our capital comes from the private assets of selected entrepreneurs\, family offices as well as directly from our team. Our focus is on two main verticals MedTech and tech-enabled services / software\, however\, we can be opportunistic and provide capital for attractive investments in alternative situations (e.g. growth equity\, hidden champions in growing niches). \nDuring our workshop “Sensual Wellness – creating a new market“ you will have the opportunity to get to know our team and our unique investment approach (as we do not have a fund\, we are much more flexible in making our investment decisions). Moreover\, we will perform an interactive LBO case study in small teams based on a real investment case and will discuss the results with the group.
