We are the trusted M&A advisor for entrepreneurs\, founders\, investors\, and companies active in the digital economy and deliver exceptional results for our clients on transactions – both on the buy- and the sell-side. We are seasoned M&A professionals and serial entrepreneurs\, who have built successful companies and sold them to renowned strategic buyers. We combine large investment banking skills from more than 100 deals with a boutique setup. \nIn the workshop\, you will prepare a pitch for a B2C company – a well-known manufacturer of barbecue grills – with the aim of winning the sell-side mandate for the sale of this company. \nYou will receive an information package\, simlar to ones we typically receive. This will contain information about the company\, financials\, the market environment and comparable transactions. Your task will be to draft a pitch\, which shall include information on the (i) equity story\, (ii) buyer universe\, (iii) market dynamics & valuation\, and (iv) process design.
