With its origin in Chicago\, Lincoln International is today the fastest growing global mid-market Investment Bank and one of Europe’s leading M&A advisory houses\, consistently ranking in top positions in relevant league tables. \nIn the workshop\, you will prepare a pitch for a tech company specializing in cloud integration and digital transformation through data\, infrastructure\, and application modernization with the aim of winning the sell-side mandate for the sale of this company. \nYou will receive an information package\, similar to ones we typically receive. This will contain information about the company\, financials\, the market environment and comparable transactions. \nYour task will be to draft a pitch\, which shall include information on the (i) equity story\, (ii) buyer universe\, (iii) market dynamics & valuation\, and (iv) process design. You will bring this to paper and at the end of the workshop pitch it to Lincoln bankers\, who will give you feedback. \nThe event will conclude with an informal networking session\, including food and drinks! \n  \nThe applications for this event are closed by now.
